Up early this morning for a walk along the bay. Perfect morning for a walk before the wind came up. Now resting, getting ready for a big day of car racing.

What a wonderful year

Tuesday 24th Sep
Thank you so much for all the supporters, whether it’s via donations, shares on social media or by helping my Sparky 1 and 2, directly. 
We’ve had a great year. Sparky 1, my son, has celebrated 2 years seizure free. Sparky 2, my mum,  fingers crossed, will hopefully 12 months seizure free.
The support the foundation has given me through the journey, has been outstanding. 
As always, if you can’t donate, please share, to raise awareness for the people living with epilepsy. 
Jack will be participating in the challenge next week as part of the Epilepsy Foundation treadmill challenge.
